Merchandise is shipped from South Korea.
Duty and taxes are the customer’s responsibility since we do not pre-collect import duties and taxes at the time of your order (please contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees).
Given that you are ordering merchandise from a company outside of your country, local customs officials may require inspection of imported parcels and assess appropriate import duties and taxes.
The majority of in-stock items will ship within 48 business hours (this excludes weekends and R.O.K. holidays).
International orders are shipped with a delivery time frame of 7-10 business days once processed.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, merchandise may be returned to us for an exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days returned merchandise will be accepted on an inspection basis only.
Warranty Claims
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for another product or will be refunded in the form of a gift card. Regular shipping charges, duty, and taxes will apply on any exchanged merchandise.
Refunds
Items returned with a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price in the original method of payment used on the order. Items returned without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless we made a mistake in the shipment of your order.
Instructions for Shipping Your Return
- Please email leejung@fishingark.com to request return authorization.
- Package the item(s) securely in the original shipping carton, affix an address label, and ship the package prepaid and insured to the following address:Customer Returns
Gyungi-do Osan-si jigot-dong 577 semamunhakro 50, 107dong 102ho, South Korea - Do not return by air shipment.
- We will not accept COD packages.
If your return is due to receiving damaged or defective merchandise or a mistake we made on your order we will gladly waive the fee for the use of any prepaid return label or reimburse you for return shipping expenses for standard ground shipping through DHL or FedEx.
We are unable to reimburse additional shipping or processing fees charged by packaging centers. The refund will be issued to the original pay type used on the order.
